Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remiku ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Remiku is an AI-powered tool that turns user-supplied stories into short anime-style videos. Generated outputs are subject to the limits, durations, and quotas described on our pricing page.

3. Pricing & Payments

A one-shot video costs $14.99. On the web, Premium ($29.99/month) and Pro ($99.99/month) are billed monthly by Stripe. Each billing period grants a pool of videos and finished video seconds: Premium 3 videos and 120 seconds, in videos up to 60 seconds; Pro 10 videos and 480 seconds, in videos up to 90 seconds. Unused web plan credits carry over to the next period, up to twice the period's grant, and do not expire. The Starter plan ($9.99/month) and in-app purchases are sold only in the iOS app through the App Store, under Apple's terms; that App Store pool resets each period. Top-up packs are sold at the price shown before you pay. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds: if a render fails or comes out broken (for example the wrong character or broken audio), write to us and we will re-render it or refund you. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the stories and prompts you submit. You grant Remiku a limited license to process, transform, and store your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Generated Output

You own the videos generated from your paid sessions, subject to applicable AI model license terms. Free preview outputs are still images for evaluation only and may not be redistributed. You may not resell raw Remiku output as your own AI service.

6. Acceptable Use

You will not use Remiku to generate content that:

• depicts minors in any sexual or violent context;
• impersonates real people without consent;
• incites violence, harassment, or hate;
• violates copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• generates deceptive political or election-related material.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, low-quality, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remiku's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
